Cause I Have Something To Tell You,
For Spring Has Finally Come!
Oh yes that is right....especially after
such a long, cold blistery winter
"Spring has Finally Sprung!"
I know this is true cause
my hubby just went outside to
conjure up something to do.
Every Spring, out he goes
to build something new....
and I'm never really quite
sure what he'll do.
Well, this year it seems
it's going to be a gate, for keeping the
children safe.
And of course, the cat wants
to play, with the neighborhood
strays and it seems he isn't
bothered at all with the rain that
has come our way.
But he doesn't stay for long
cause he is scared of the sounds
that Spring seems to echo aloud....
the brmmmm of a car
or the bark of a dog...
makes him scatter back into our yard.
Now Me, I am quite content
to sit by the fence and
just watch all that is happening....
The neighbors say Hi, as they
walk on by, as the birds
seem to sing in harmony.
Yes, Spring has Finally Sprung,
and I for One, am quite honestly glad that it has!
